- KidKraft use a range of couriers dependent on the size and weight of the item.
- Where an item is delivered on a Pallet - this will be delivered to the kerbside of your property.
- Each Courier will provide you with a 2-3 hour delivery window, and tracking details will be provided so you can amend/change or update your delivery as needed.
- Please note that whilst every effort is made to deliver within the timeframe given it is an estimate and we will send you a despatch email to confirm your order has left KidKraft's Warehouse.

We were fortunate enough to purchase and road test the Canyon Ridge just as Lockdown hit the country in 2020.
We wanted out Bambino Testers to have a new playset for their new home and this fitted just perfect.
The kids love everything about it - the slides, the swings, the kitchen and much more!
The build was well documented and whilst there's several parts to it, these were well labelled taking around 1 day to complete.
