Cot Bed, Mini Cot, Space Saver Cot - Which do I choose?
- by Linda Ladley
When you start looking at Nursery Furniture for your little one, one of the most common questions that we get asked is 'Which Cot do I need?'.
We often ask 2 key questions:
1. How much Space have you got?
When thinking about where your Baby is going to sleep, think about the space that you have in that room.
Also consider what other furniture items you may want to have in there and then realistically how much space you have.
2. Do you want the Cot to turn into a little Bed when your Baby is a little older?
Some Cots will convert to a Toddler Bed and therefore they last a little longer.
Once you have the answer to those 2 key questions you can then decide what type of Cot to look for.Space Saver Cot
Here's a little guide to what each of the different Cots are. Please note that when we give suggested Measurements for the size of the Cot these can vary with each brand such as: Obaby, IckleBubba, Babymore, Snuz etc.. so please do check the measurements of each one.
