PRODUCT DETAILS

Babymore's Air Motion gliding crib is simple but well designed with a gentle and silent gliding motion to help soothe your little one to sleep.

  • Whilst you can lock the Crib so it doesn't glide if you prefer, you can start the gliding motion by gently touching the side of the Crib. If the gliding stops and your little one stirs, you'll see the Crib will start to glide on its own.

  • Suitable for overnight sleeping and lightweight so you can move it around the home with ease.

  • Standing at a height of 74cm it provides easy access to your little one without having to overreach and bend too far to reach them.
  • Firm crib mattress is supplied, so your baby can have a comfortable sleep 

  • A reflux wedge is also included with the crib, which elevates your baby safely to help reduce reflux symptoms, if needed.

  • The crib cover and mattress cover are removable and washable so perfect to keep your Baby's Crib clean.

  • Also includes a Carry Bag so you can take it with you on your travels as it's really quick to dismantle.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery Information
  • Free Delivery on orders over £50 | Standard Delivery is from £4.95
  • Items are delivered by XDP.
  • Tracking Details are provided once they have left Babymore's Warehouse.
  • Delivery is to front door/kerbside entrance only.
  • 3 Piece Room Sets are delivered to a Room of your Choice. You will be contacted to book your delivery slot.
  • Note: Delivery is available to UK mainland only, restrictions and exclusions apply to certain destinations

Return Information

  • All items are covered under Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations by a 14-day cooling off period.
  • If you wish to return an item you must notify us within 14 days from the day you receive your goods by contacting our customer services team.
  • In order to return an item to Babymore we do need authorisation so please contact us in the first instance.
  • In the event of a return due to you no longer wanting the item, you will be expected to pay for the goods to be returned to ourselves taking reasonable care to ensure the items returned are received in the original packaging, in an unused, saleable condition.
  • We are unable to accept a return on mattresses, where the original packaging has been opened/unsealed or used.
  • We recommend all returns are arranged through Babymore's nominated courier service, which provides a reliable and fully insured service. Collection charges are shown below.

£25 – single box or parcel
£30 – two boxes or parcels
£50 – three boxes or parcels
£80 – more than three boxes or parcels

  • Additional charge of £20 for each failed attempt of collection made by courier, i.e. items not ready or not available at point of the collection.
  • Upon receipt of the returned item, Babymore will inspect the returned item. If deemed unused and in an original condition, the refund will be put back into the original payment method of the order.
  • If the return is deemed unfit for resale, the item will be returned to the customer without any refund.
  • All assembled dimensions are advised on each individual product listing. Please check before ordering that the furniture will fit in your desired location. Do not assemble if you are unsure on the colour/style. If you wish to return any items which have been assembled, a 50% charge of the original purchase price will be deducted from your refund.
  • We will refund the cost of the item via payment method of your original order, excluding delivery charges, premium delivery services will not be refunded.

Cancelling your order

  • You have the right to cancel your order prior to despatch.
  • If you request to cancel your order after the item has left the warehouse but prior to delivery you will be charged for the delivery costs incurred direct wtih our supplier. Whilst we may not charge you a delivery fee at the outset these costs are built into the overall cost of the product. 

Item damaged in transit

  • If the item that arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours so that we can rectify any problems immediately for you.
  • Please supply pictures of the damaged items and the packaging so that we can ascertain if the item was damaged during transit.
  • If on arrival you can see that the item is damaged through the packaging, please request that the delivery driver adds a note to advise that they've arrived damaged.
  • All products/parts that arrive damaged will be replaced ‘like for like’ free of charge in the quickest possible timeframe.
  • For wooden items damaged in transit we will replace the damaged parts only and not the complete carton. This prevents the likelihood of the whole carton getting damaged for the second time. Replacement parts are packed individually and securely for transit.
  • If we are not able to replace the damaged parts within 7 working days, a collection will be arranged for full refund.

Faulty Items

  • All our products are subject to a 6 month limited warranty period starting on the day of purchase.
  • The warranty is only available to the original purchaser of the item(s) and must be accompanied by the original receipt and is non transferable.
  • It does not cover second hand products.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by non domestic use.
  • Accidental damage, normal wear and tear, for example: Cosmetic damage, Worn/torn fabric.
  • Damage caused by incorrectly stored, failure to follow the user guide and maintenance instructions.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse.
  • Product which has been modified, undergone an unauthorised repair or used a non approved spare part.
  • Moving parts should be maintained on a regular basis and keep necessary parts running effectively.
  • Mattress foam discoloration by exposed to light without sheet or cover.
  • Claims made after the expiry of the warranty period.
  • We can provide spare parts for damages that fall outside the warranty. Prices are quoted on an individual basis.

If a problem should arise which you feel is covered by Babymore's warranty, please get in contact with us, providing evidence of the issue and we'll liaise with Babymore who will then contact you to discuss in more detail.

Babymore will diagnose the fault and decide if it’s covered under warranty. Where applicable, Babymore may inspect the product and verify fault before offering spare part, replacement or refund.

Under the warranty, We will offer spare part(s) free of charge to rectify the problem, where spare part is uneconomical, we will offer a replacement product. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered and the item collected.

In no event shall Babymore or its suppliers be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the product.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. This limited warranty does not, in any way, affect the rights given to you by law.
