About this BLUE Memory Bear

- There is a small opening at the back of the Bear in which you can place a small token of ashes securely inside, which can then be velcro secured closed.
- Comes with it's own Certificate of Authenticity

- Download the Precious Memories App from the App Store
- Using the App, scan your Bear
- Upload your images and videos
- To see the images / videos, just scan the Bear's Head with your Camera on your phone and it will open a link for you to view.

Can I update the images?
Yes, you can update the images any time you wish.
Is the App available on iphone and android?
Yes, it is.
Android users will need to turn on their NFC Feature when scanning the Bear to see the images and videos.
Are the chips in the Bear water resistant?
Yes, although we would recommend that they're not submerged in water for long periods of time.
Can I clean the Bear?
Yes, we would recommend using water and a damp cloth.
