- This is a Room of Choice Delivery Service within 10 working days.
- The Courier will contact you to book in your delivery.
- On their first contact attempt they will text and email you and offer you a delivery date.
- If that date isn't suitable please reject it and another date will be issued to you within 48 hours.
- If the second date provided isn't suitable, they will then call you to discuss and agree a date that works for you.
- On the morning of the delivery you will receive tracking details with a 2 hour delivery window and you'll be able to track the driver live to see where they are.
- Deliveries happen between the hours of Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm (please note they do not deliver on Bank Holidays)
- Please note that if you fail to take delivery on the booked-in date, you will be charged for re-delivery.
- Unfortunately we can't deliver outside of the UK at this present time.
- Highland Deliveries are exempt from the Free Delivery offer and will incurr a further charge.
- This service is not available for Post Codes KA27-28, KW, IV40-51, IV55-56, PH41-44, UK islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands.
