We ordered the Ickle Bubba coleby cot topper and when it arrived one of the sides was faulty so we could not assemble it. I reached out to the Junior Bambino team to explain the issue and they resolved this immediately. As the cot topper was out of stock with the supplier (Ickle Bubba) Junior Bambino sent me an alternative option which fitted perfectly on my cot with next day delivery so that it arrived in time my c-section date.
Excellent customer service that went above and beyond what I would expect. Will definitely order from this website again!
