- Delivery is typically made within the timeframe given.
- All orders are despatched via a Royal Mail 48 hour Service
- Dependent on the value of your order, a Royal Mail Tracked service may be used.
- We will send you confirmation that your order has despatched along with any tracking numbers where appropriate.
- Please note no compensation will be offered where the delay with the delivery is due to the Supplier or the Courier.
- Please note that tracking for a Royal Mail standard service will not update unless they have attempted delivery.
