Orders and Delivery

When will my order arrive?
  • An estimated date of delivery is provided on each product page and will be added to your order details at the point of ordering.
  • In most cases, orders are sent direct from the supplier.
  • Delivery services are subject to product availability and current stock levels.
  • Whilst we will do our best to meet the dates given, all delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Where we are made aware of a delay with your delivery we will notify you at the earliest opportunity.
  • No compensation will be given due to late or delayed deliveries.
How much is delivery?
  • We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £50.
  • Orders below £50 incurr a delivery charge of £3.95
  • There may be some instances where our Suppliers add their own delivery charges - these will be advised at the point of checkout.
Do you deliver internationally?

Returns & Exchanges

What if I change my mind?
  • Unused items that are in their original packaging can be returned.
  • For hygiene reasons mattresses cannot be returned if unwrapped or unsealed.
  • They must be returned in an unused condition, in the original packaging and complete with all original parts and accessories.
  • We cannot accept items back which have been partially or fully constructed.

  • Returned items which are not in new or unused condition may not be fully refunded.
  • You will be responsible for delivery or collection costs which will be typically £10 per parcel.
  • We reserve the right to deduct the collection fee from your refund and we'll confirm that with you at the point of organising the return.
  • Please note personalised items are excluded from the Refund and Exchange policy.
How do returns work?

Can I exchange an item?
  • Yes, you can exchange an item should you wish to do so.
  • Please contact us in the first instance and we will organise that for you.
  • Please note personalised items are excluded from the Exchange policy.
What if my item is faulty?
  • We do our best to ensure your product arrives to you in the best condition possible.
  • In the event that your item has arrived damaged, please contact within 7 days of your delivery so we can escalate this as appropriate.
  • We will then either organise for replacement parts of a full replacement of the product dependent on the suppliers process.

What ages are your products suitable for?
  • Our products are typically from Birth to around 10 years of age.
  • Where we have the information available, we will indicate the age suitability on each product.
Can your furniture grow with my child?
  • Yes, we do our best to select pieces of furniture that can adapt and grow with your child as they develop.
  • We recognise that not all furniture can do this, but we choose products to last and therefore should enable you to either sell on or pass down to future siblings.
Are your toys open-ended?
  • Yes, our toys are open ended to enable lots of play value.
  • You will see on each of our playsets we will give you ideas on how you can play with each toy but also how you can interact with it too.

Safety & Materials

Are your products safety tested?
  • Yes, we will only sell products from reputable suppliers who regularly safety test their products.
  • Where we have the information avaialble, we will display the safety testing on each of the product pages.
  • If we don't have it, please contact us and we'll be able to get it for you.
What materials do you use?
  • All of our products differ but we try to offer products that use eco-friendly, sustainable materials.
  • Where we have the information available, we will specify the materials used.
Are your finishes child-safe?
  • Yes, we use only suppliers who offer child safe products and materials.

Gifting

Are your items suitable as gifts?
  • Yes, all items can be gifted.
  • At the point you checkout, you can specify an alternative delivery address enabling you to send as a gift to someone else.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
  • Gift Wrapping is available on a select number of products and will be offered to you at the point of order.
  • Where Gift Wrapping is available, you will be able to add a Gift Message too.

Packaging

Are items discreetly packaged?
  • In most cases smaller items will arrive in plain packaging.
  • We can not guarantee that larger items such as prams, pushchairs, furniture, trikes, bikes etc... will arrive in plain packaging therefore we'd always suggest being available for the delivery if you don't wish to ruin a surprise.
How are orders packaged?
  • Our trusted suppliers pack their orders and despatch on our behalf.
  • All items are well packaged and secured for delivery.
  • In the event a product arrives and packaging is damaged, please take a photo and send it over to us in chat so we can look into it for you.

Who are Junior Bambinos?
  • Junior Bambinos Ltd have been around for over 11 years with several years prior to that trading as an independent toy shop.
  • We are an independent family run business specialising in Children's Furniture, Toys and Personalised Gifts.

  • Childhood doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens within the home.
  • It's about furniture, toys and gifts that belong naturally within the everyday environments where childhood unfolds — shared rooms, quiet corners, and the spaces that evolve as children grow.
  • It's not about having that specific room within the house whether that's a playroom or a bedroom it's about recognising that a child develops wherever they are; it's about the space they call home and the space they learn to thrive in.
Why don’t you rush development?
  • No two children are the same!
  • Whilst development milestones help us to understand where our children should be at; our children are not text book!
  • Your child will develop at a rate that is suitable for them, we don't rush it, our intention is not to force it, it's to provide products that support you and them to grow and develop at their own pace.
How do you choose what you sell?
  • Here at Junior Bambinos we're parents too so that's at a little hand in what we choose.
  • We often explore ranges with our trusted suppliers and search new suppliers when the opportunity arises.
  • We choose products that we know will last, that are good quality and that bring fun and joy into your lives.

  • We're typically available Mon - Friday 10am - 5pm and whilst we don't promise a response outside of these times we will if we can!
When will I hear back from you?
  • Our aim is to try and respond the same day during working hours (Mon - Fri 10am - 5pm)
  • Sometimes this isn't always possible so we may contact you outside of these times.
