Frequently asked questions
When will my order be delivered?
- An estimated date of delivery is provided at the time of ordering.
- We will send you confirmation of despatch along with the tracking details of your parcel.
- Delivery services are subject to product availability and current stock levels.
- Whilst we will do our best to meet the dates given, all delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Where we are made aware of a delay with your delivery we will notify you at the earliest opportunity.
- No compensation will be given due to late or delayed deliveries.
Can I Return my product if I have changed my mind?
- Yes, they must be returned in an unused condition, in the original packaging and complete with all original parts and accessories within 28 days of you receiving your order.
- Please note Personalised Items are excluded due to the nature of the item being personalised for you.
- We cannot accept items back which have been partially or fully constructed.
- Returned items which are not in new or unused condition may not be fully refunded.
- Junior Bambinos Ltd is unable to pay for the cost of returning goods.
- We cannot accept responsibility for returned items which do not reach us. Therefore, we recommend that you send returns via a tracked service of your choice, retaining your proof of postage. This returns policy is in addition to your Statutory rights.
- Should you wish to return your item, please initiate a return request from your account or contact us directly.
What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
- We do our best to ensure your product arrives to you in the best condition possible.
- In the event that your item has arrived damaged, please contact within 7 days of your delivery so we can escalate this with our Customer Care team.
- Our aim will be to replace the item (or part of) as soon as practially possible - typically within 3-5 days.
My order has been despatched, but hasn't yet arrived.
- In the event that your order hasn't arrived and you have no update from the Courier, Please get in contact with us and we will do our best to sort this out for you.
