    The Flair Aiden Kids Cabin Bed with Desk & Storage is a practical space-saving bed solution for compact children's bedrooms.

    The mid-height sleeping area is designed to fit a standard single mattress, 90 x 190cm, with an integrated pull-out desk positioned underneath for homework, creative activities, or everyday use.

    Open shelving provides useful storage for books, stationery, toys, and bedroom essentials, while the side staircase with wide steps offers secure access to the sleeping area. A mattress is not included.

    When will my order be delivered?
    • An estimated date of delivery is provided above.
    • Your order will be sent direct from our supplier's Warehouse.
    • Delivery services are subject to product availability and current stock levels.
    • Whilst we will do our best to meet the dates given, all delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Where we are made aware of a delay with your delivery we will notify you at the earliest opportunity.
    • No compensation will be given due to late or delayed deliveries.

    Delivered by a Direct Home Delivery Service

    • Delivery is on a Next Working Day Service: Monday - Friday.
    • We will notify you with tracking details when your order has left their warehouse.
    • Delivery is then generally within 24-48 hours (working days).
    • It is at the discretion of the delivery driver whether they will enter your property. Therefore please ensure you're able to / have someone available to help you accept the delivery inside your home of larger items.
    Can I return my product if I have changed my mind?
    • Yes, unused items that are in their original packaging can be returned.
    • They must be returned in an unused condition, in the original packaging and complete with all original parts and accessories.
    • We cannot accept items back which have been partially or fully constructed.

    • Returned items which are not in new or unused condition may not be fully refunded.
    • We will arrange with our supplier for the return who will use their nominated couriers to collect the item(s).
    • You will be responsible for any collection costs incurred.
    • Once they confirm the item has been collected we will then arrange a refund for you back to your original payment method.
    • We reserve the right to deduct the collection fee from your refund and we'll confirm that with you at the point of organising the return.
    What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
    • We do our best to ensure your product arrives to you in the best condition possible.
    • In the event that your item has arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery so we can escalate this with the team.
    • To help us resolve this as quickly as possible, please do include any photos with your return request so that we can pass these on.
    What can I do if my item is faulty?
    • For goods which are deemed as faulty, you are entitled to an automatic refund, or we are happy to offer an exchange on any faulty item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

    • Please note that any faulty product MUST be returned in order to qualify for either a refund or an exchange.
    • In order to arrange for a product to be returned, please get in touch with us and we will organise for the product to be collected.
    • We will then action either a replacement or a refund in full and we will cover the cost of any collection/delivery charges.
    Is the product covered by a Warranty?
    • Yes, our supplier offers a 1 year Warranty on their product range.
