When will my order be delivered?

An estimated date of delivery is provided above.
Your order will be sent direct from our Suppliers Warehouse via Royal Mail.
We will send you confirmation of despatch along with the tracking details of your parcel.
Delivery services are subject to product availability and current stock levels.
Whilst we will do our best to meet the dates given, all delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Where we are made aware of a delay with your delivery we will notify you at the earliest opportunity.
No compensation will be given due to late or delayed deliveries.

Can I return my product if I have changed my mind?

No, these items are personalised and therefore you are unable to return them should you change your mind.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

We do our best to ensure your product arrives to you in the best condition possible.
In the event that your item has arrived damaged, please contact within 7 days of your delivery so we can escalate this with our Customer Care team.
Our aim will be to replace the item (or part of) as soon as practially possible - typically within 3-5 days.

What can I do if my item is faulty?

For goods which are deemed as faulty, you are entitled to an automatic refund, or we are happy to offer an exchange on any faulty item(s) within 28 days of delivery. 
Please note that any faulty product MUST be returned to us in order to qualify for either a refund or an exchange.
In order to arrange for a product to be returned, please either initiate a refund in your account or contact us directly.
We will then action either a replacement or a refund in full and we will cover the cost of any collection/delivery charges.

Thank you for letting us know - whilst we're aware of Royal Mail Delays when I look at your tracking details it looks like it's not been scanned into a Royal Mail depot.

I'll pick this up with our Supplier tomorrow and we'll arrange to get this resent to you.

We are very disappointed as we have not yet received our baubles.

According to tracking, the parcel has been at Northampton delivery depot since 30/11/22. We have been unable to give our baubles as gifts as planned. I would be very grateful if you could chase my order up ASAP, or provide a full refund. Thank you.

Thank you for making us aware that your Baubles haven't yet arrived and we do understand your disappointment. I can see that you ordered them on the 28th and they were despatched on the 29th arriving at Northampton Hub on the 30th.

I certainly would have expected these to be with you by now as our estimated delivery date at the point of order was between 2nd - 7th December.

What I'll do is speak with our Supplier to chase this up for you as we're also aware that there's pockets of issues within Royal Mail Depots.

I'll come back to you tomorrow with an update.

So so cute

I bought this little ornament as a keepsake to celebrate our puppy’s first christmas. Shes a beautiful little Bichon Frise and was sold to us with a potentially fatal heart murmur, she has very expensive surgery on 6th Jan so I need as many things around me to remind me of her, should anything awful happen to her during surgery. We had Christmas on a bit of a budget this year because of said surgery expenses and so this little ornament served as a reminder to my little girl that this Christmas is all about our precious little pup and getting her made well again. Its beautiful and had some real weight to it, I hope to hang it on our tree for very very many years to come, hopefully with our little pup watching me do so.
