• An estimated date of delivery is provided above.
• Your order will be sent direct from Obaby's Warehouse.
  
• Delivery services are subject to product availability and current stock levels.
  
• Whilst we will do our best to meet the dates given, all delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Where we are made aware of a delay with your delivery we will notify you at the earliest opportunity.
  
• No compensation will be given due to late or delayed deliveries.
  

Room Sets, Large Furniture & Swivel Chairs

• These are delivered by BJS.
  
• Delivery is Monday - Friday by 6pm.
  
• This is our premium two-person delivery service.
  
• They will deliver your set to the room of choice (up to two flights of stairs).
  
• We will notify you when your order has left Obaby's Warehouse (despatch of these items are typically Tuesdays & Thursdays)
  
• Delivery is then generally within 3-5 days of despatch.
  
• You will receive a two-hour time slot the evening before delivery. 
  

Most Cots, Cot Beds & 2 Piece Furniture Sets

• These are delivered by DX.
  
• Delivery is Monday - Friday by 6pm.
  
• Delivery is generally within 3 days of despatch.
  
• We will notify you with tracking details once your order has left Obaby's warehouse.
  
• Please note this is a kerb-side delivery and DX drivers are not allowed to enter your property. Therefore please ensure you're able to / have someone available to help you accept the delivery inside your home.
  

Selected Cots & Cot Beds

• Selected Cots and Cot Beds are delivered by DHL.
  
• Delivery is Monday - Friday by 6pm.
  
• Delivery is generally within 24 hours from despatch.
  
• We will notify you with tracking details once your order has left Obaby's warehouse.
  
• It is at the discretion of the delivery driver whether they will enter your property. Therefore please ensure you're able to / have someone available to help you accept the delivery inside your home.
  

Smaller items such as Space Saver Cots, Mattresses & Cribs

• Smaller items are delivered by Yodel.
  
• Delivery is generally within 24- 48 hours from despatch.
  
• Delivery is Monday - Saturday by 9pm
  
• We will notify you with tracking details once your order has left Obaby's warehouse.
  
• It is at the discretion of the delivery driver whether they will enter your property.
  
• At the point your order despatches from Obaby's Warehouse we will send you your tracking information so you can track your delivery.
  

• Yes, unused items that are in their original packaging can be returned.
• For hygiene reasons mattresses cannot be returned if unwrapped or unsealed.

• They must be returned in an unused condition, in the original packaging and complete with all original parts and accessories.
• We cannot accept items back which have been partially or fully constructed.

• Returned items which are not in new or unused condition may not be fully refunded.
• We will arrange with Obaby for the return who will use their nominated couriers to collect the item(s).
• You will be responsible for delivery or collection costs which will be typically £10 per parcel.
• Once Obaby confirm the item has been collected we will then arrange a refund for you back to your original payment method.
• We reserve the right to deduct the collection fee from your refund and we'll confirm that with you at the point of organising the return.
  
  
  

• We do our best to ensure your product arrives to you in the best condition possible.
• In the event that your item has arrived damaged, please contact within 7 days of your delivery so we can escalate this with the team at Obaby.
• Obaby have a great reputation for resolving any issues swiftly and reserve the right to offer replacement parts, or an exchange to rectify issues reported to them after the construction of the item.
• Please note Obaby's guarantee does not cover partial refunds.
