What age can my little one use the baby carrier?

From 8.5lbs up to 35lbs

Is the Carrier a Front and Back Carrier?

Yes from 2 months you can front carry parent facing

From 6 months you can carry world facing

From 12 months you can back carry

Can I wear the baby World Facing?

The best way to carry baby is parent facing either at the front or on the back when baby is older.

If however you do want to world face please follow the below guidelines:

Baby must be 6 months plus and be able to sit up unaided as there is no support for head in this position.
Maximum 20 minutes in this position
Make sure babies head does not droop forwards, if it does immediately change to parent facing so they can rest their head safely.
The seat needs to be at maximum width and the child bottom to be lower than the legs creating the M shape, this is achieved by tilting bottom down into seat.
Make sure the leg openings are not tight on little legs.

What is the size range of the baby carrier?

With our soft adjustable waistband, you can change the length between:

Waistband length on the smallest setting – 69cm
Waistband length fully extended – 145cm

Is the Carrier machine washable?

Yes! you can wash you baby carrier on a gentle cycle.

Does the carrier have a Neck support?

Yes it has a soft padded neck support which can be extended as baby grows.

When will my order be delivered?

An estimated date of delivery is provided above.
Your order will be sent direct from our Suppliers Warehouse.
We will send you confirmation of despatch along with the tracking details of your parcel.
Delivery services are subject to product availability and current stock levels.
Whilst we will do our best to meet the dates given, all delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Where we are made aware of a delay with your delivery we will notify you at the earliest opportunity.
No compensation will be given due to late or delayed deliveries.

Can I return my product if I have changed my mind?

Yes, they must be returned in an unused condition, in the original packaging and complete with all original parts and accessories within 28 days of you receiving your order.
We cannot accept items back which have been partially or fully constructed. 
Returned items which are not in new or unused condition may not be fully refunded.
Junior Bambinos Ltd is unable to pay for the cost of returning goods.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned items which do not reach us. Therefore, we recommend that you send returns via a tracked service of your choice, retaining your proof of postage. This returns policy is in addition to your Statutory rights.
Should you wish to return your item, please initiate a return request from your account or contact us directly.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

We do our best to ensure your product arrives to you in the best condition possible.
In the event that your item has arrived damaged, please contact within 7 days of your delivery so we can escalate this with our Customer Care team.
Our aim will be to replace the item (or part of) as soon as practially possible - typically within 3-5 days.

What can I do if my item is faulty?

For goods which are deemed as faulty, you are entitled to an automatic refund, or we are happy to offer an exchange on any faulty item(s) within 28 days of delivery. 
Please note that any faulty product MUST be returned to us in order to qualify for either a refund or an exchange.
In order to arrange for a product to be returned, please either initiate a refund in your account or contact us directly.
We will then action either a replacement or a refund in full and we will cover the cost of any collection/delivery charges.
