When will my order be delivered?

An estimated date of delivery is provided above.
Your order will be sent direct from our Suppliers Warehouse via Royal Mail.
We will send you confirmation of despatch along with the tracking details of your parcel.
Delivery services are subject to product availability and current stock levels.
Whilst we will do our best to meet the dates given, all delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Where we are made aware of a delay with your delivery we will notify you at the earliest opportunity.
No compensation will be given due to late or delayed deliveries.

Can I return my product if I have changed my mind?

No, these items are personalised and therefore you are unable to return them should you change your mind.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

We do our best to ensure your product arrives to you in the best condition possible.
In the event that your item has arrived damaged, please contact within 7 days of your delivery so we can escalate this with our Customer Care team.
Our aim will be to replace the item (or part of) as soon as practially possible - typically within 3-5 days.

What can I do if my item is faulty?

For goods which are deemed as faulty, you are entitled to an automatic refund, or we are happy to offer an exchange on any faulty item(s) within 28 days of delivery. 
Please note that any faulty product MUST be returned to us in order to qualify for either a refund or an exchange.
In order to arrange for a product to be returned, please either initiate a refund in your account or contact us directly.
We will then action either a replacement or a refund in full and we will cover the cost of any collection/delivery charges.

I absolutely love this photo album. It’s a beautiful quality and looks amazing. I bought it for my newborn daughter because it’s always nice to have physical photos but I know for sure any future babies I have to buy gifts for I will be purchasing one of these. Beautiful Photo Album

I searched every corner of the internet trying to find the perfect photo album to put my baby girls pictures in and found Junior Bambinos just as I was about to give up! The album is beautiful and holds so many pictures. Considering it can be personalised it's such good value for money compared to the like of not on the high street. I would 100% recommend and I'm so happy I found your website! :)

Fantastic Gift

I recently purchased this photo album as a gift and was extremely pleased the with excellent service and prompt delivery, but more so with the item itself. It's very good quality and looks wonderful. Doesn't fit 7x5s

Lovely photo album, arrived on time and is of good quality. I am unable to use it because it doesn't fit 2 7x5 photos on each page so it's of no use to me unfortunately

Perfect gift

Bought as a present for a very proud new grandmother. The album arrived quickly and was well made. Lots of pages for photos and a decent amount of space to write little notes. A lovely product and great value for the price. Overall very pleased :)

Photo album

The album was beautiful just what I wanted , very personal e mails and quick delivery unfortunately I was given incorrect middle name for baby so unable to give it as a present to my daughter-in-law so will try and order another one at some stage . However I can't fault yourselves as a company kind regards Gill Heselden
