The Platinum is an 18cm (7 inch) Medium-Firm Mattress that is specifically designed for use with the upper bunk of Julian Bowen Bunk Beds due to height restrictions. A superior quality mattress with a low profile construction.

- Delivery is typically made within the timeframe given.
- Julian Bowen use their own Direct Home Delivery Service.
- Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive either a Text or Email asking you to book a delivery slot.
- Initially you will book the day you wish to receive your delivery,
- The day before the delivery, they will confirm whether your delivery will be within the AM or PM slot.
- On the day, the Delivery Team will give you a call around 1hr before your delivery is due.
- On arrival, the team will deliver your furniture to your house and take a picture of the delivery and sign off each box to ensure you have everything you need.
- Please note that whilst every effort is made to deliver within the timeframe given it is an estimate until you book your delivery slot.
- Please note no compensation will be offered where the delay with the delivery is due to the Supplier or the Courier.
- Should we be made aware by Julian Bowen that there is a delay with your order, we will inform you with the information we have available and you will always have the right to cancel or amend your order prior to despatch.
Unfortunately we can't deliver outside of Mainland UK at this present time (including Scotland due to the increase in delivery costs into this region).
