From birth to 12 years
Designed to grow with your child, the My Babiie Toddler Seat offers comfort and safety from newborn stage through to 12 years, ensuring long-lasting use.
Grows with your child
Designed to accommodate children from 40cm to 150cm in height, the Toddler seat is suitable from birth up to approximately 12 years old. As your child grows, the inner cushion and small headrest can be removed, and the adjustable headrest easily adapts to provide more room and continued comfort over the years.
Side impact protection
My Babiie’s Side Impact Integrated Protection (SiiP) system absorbs and disperses crash forces, helping protect your child’s head, neck, and body. Built into the toddler i-Size car seat, SiiP surrounds your little one with reinforced safety for added peace of mind on every journey.
When will my order be delivered?
- An estimated date of delivery is provided above.
- Your order will be sent direct from Mybabiie's Warehouse.
- Delivery services are subject to product availability and current stock levels.
- Whilst we will do our best to meet the dates given, all delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Where we are made aware of a delay with your delivery we will notify you at the earliest opportunity.
- No compensation will be given due to late or delayed deliveries.
Delivered by DPD
- Delivery is on a Next Working Day Service: Monday - Friday by 8pm.
- We will notify you with tracking details when your order has left Mybabiie's Warehouse.
- Delivery is then generally within 24-48 hours (working days).
- It is at the discretion of the delivery driver whether they will enter your property. Therefore please ensure you're able to / have someone available to help you accept the delivery inside your home of larger items.
Can I return my product if I have changed my mind?
- Yes, unused items that are in their original packaging can be returned.
- They must be returned in an unused condition, in the original packaging and complete with all original parts and accessories.
- We cannot accept items back which have been partially or fully constructed.
- Returned items which are not in new or unused condition may not be fully refunded.
- We will arrange with Mybabiie for the return who will use their nominated couriers to collect the item(s).
- You will be responsible for any collection costs incurred.
- Once Mybabiie confirm the item has been collected we will then arrange a refund for you back to your original payment method.
- We reserve the right to deduct the collection fee from your refund and we'll confirm that with you at the point of organising the return.
What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
- We do our best to ensure your product arrives to you in the best condition possible.
- In the event that your item has arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery so we can escalate this with the team at Mybabiie.
- To help us resolve this as quickly as possible, please do include any photos with your return request so that we can pass these on.
- Mybabiie have a great reputation for resolving any issues swiftly and reserve the right to offer replacement parts, or an exchange to rectify issues reported to them after the construction of the item.
What can I do if my item is faulty?
- For goods which are deemed as faulty, you are entitled to an automatic refund, or we are happy to offer an exchange on any faulty item(s) within 30 days of delivery.
- Please note that any faulty product MUST be returned to Mybabiie in order to qualify for either a refund or an exchange.
- In order to arrange for a product to be returned, please get in touch with us and we will co-ordinate with Mybabiie. for the product to be collected.
- We will then action either a replacement or a refund in full and we will cover the cost of any collection/delivery charges.
- Please note where the fault is with a Stroller, Pushchair or Travel System, Mybabiie will collect the item and place this into their Pushchair Hub to be checked and they have the right to either fix, replace or refund. We will liaise with you and Mybabiie to ensure any fault is resolved as quickly as possible as we understand that not having the Stroller/Pushchair available can be inconvenient.
Is the product covered by a Warranty?
- Yes, My Babiie offer a 1 year Warranty on their product range.
- To ensure your product is covered we will register your product for you once your delivery has been confirmed.
1 Year Guarantee – Terms & Conditions
At My Babiie they believe in creating a product that not only gives mums & dads perfect peace of mind but also comfort and a big smile on your little one's face. This is why with your Guarantee you can feel safe in the knowledge that in the unlikely event one of our products were to go wrong, we would support you along the way.
To make things as clear as possible, please see a breakdown of the key points below:
- Second-hand products do not qualify for the guarantee.
- Registering with incorrect information will invalidate your guarantee. My Babiie reserve the right to refuse any guarantee if our Terms and Conditions are not met.
- The guarantee is available for My Babiie branded products only.
- The guarantee is only available to the original purchasing individual who completes the guarantee registration form, stating details of purchase from an approved My Babiie retailer, within 30 days of purchase. The guarantee is non-transferable.
- The guarantee applies to the product only and does not cover any consequential losses - i.e time or other products.
- The guarantee is not applicable to products purchased ex-showroom display.
- My Babiie will replace like for like. However, we reserve the right to discontinue a design, colourway, fabric, accessories or model should we see fit. Under these circumstances, the consumer will receive an equivalent product, provided the claim is within the guarantee period.
- The guarantee is only available to products purchased in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.
- The guarantee does not cover faults caused by factors outside the manufacturer's control, including (but not exclusively):
- failure to follow My Babiie user guide and maintenance instructions
- normal wear and tear
- inappropriate use and/or cleaning
- accidental and/or wilful damage - i.e. customer misuse with respect to the enclosed user guides
- inappropriate storage methods
- modification, alteration, transformation of the product
- cosmetic damage
- In the event of any faults - you shall notify My Babiie within 1 week upon discovery of a defect.
- The guarantee applies to material and manufacturing defects only under normal domestic use. It does not cover parts subject to normal wear and tear, foam handles, rubber elements of wheels, signs of fabric wear.
- If the product is found to be defective within the definition detailed above, My Babiie shall, at its discretion, repair the product; or provide new goods and parts to you in replacement.
- Any repair work shall only be undertaken by My Babiie.
- If a claim is made under this guarantee and the defect is not due to faulty materials or manufacture, My Babiie reserve the right to charge the customer for any Service Engineer's time or replacement parts supplied.
- The guarantee is valid once the registration process has been completed.
