    When will my order be delivered?

    • Your order will be sent direct from our Suppliers Warehouse via Royal Mail.
    • We will send you confirmation of despatch along with the tracking details of your parcel.

    • Where we are made aware of a delay with your delivery we will notify you at the earliest opportunity.
    • No compensation will be given due to late or delayed deliveries.

    Can I return my product if I have changed my mind?
    • No, these items are personalised and therefore you are unable to return them should you change your mind.
    What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
    • We do our best to ensure your product arrives to you in the best condition possible.
    • In the event that your item has arrived damaged, please contact within 7 days of your delivery so we can escalate this with our Customer Care team.
    • Our aim will be to replace the item (or part of) as soon as practially possible - typically within 3-5 days.

    What can I do if my item is faulty?
    • For goods which are deemed as faulty, you are entitled to an automatic refund, or we are happy to offer an exchange on any faulty item(s) within 28 days of delivery.

    • Please note that any faulty product MUST be returned to us in order to qualify for either a refund or an exchange.
    • In order to arrange for a product to be returned, please either initiate a refund in your account or contact us directly.
    • We will then action either a replacement or a refund in full and we will cover the cost of any collection/delivery charges.
