Developing your centre and balance becomes a little easier when using this Gonge Wooden Balancing Board.

This Balancing Board has a rubber cover to prevent it from sliding around the floor whilst your little one learns to balance.

Let's take a look at how your little one can use the balance board...

1. Start by gently holding your little one on the board - this can be stood or seated. Gently guide them to gain their balance.
2. Once they've found their confidence, take away one hand and try and help your little one steady themselves.
3. Next, take away both hands but be there for them if they need you as they build their confidence.
4. Once they're happy they can learn to balance (seated or stood) by using the board.
5. If you'd like to enhance play you could gently roll or throw something to your little one to catch or grab so they retain their centre of balance.
