Throughout our store we have a range of products which are either despatched direct from Junior Bambinos' Warehouse or they are sent direct from Supplier (to keep costs to a minimum and reduce any delays in your goods arriving).

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are outlined below. 

We will advise you of your delivery options at the Checkout and dependent on the supplier of the product you may find cheaper costs for our remote delivery* (Scottish Highlands, Islands, Scilly Islands and Isle of Wight).

Delivery Information

• Delivery is typically made within the timeframe given on the product page.
• All delivery timescales provided are an estimate and are not guaranteed.
• Where an order is delayed we will do our best to advise you of this information and you always have the right to change or cancel your order providing it has not been despatched.
• Whether an order is being sent from ourselves or our suppliers, we do use a trackable service via Courier service so that they can be tracked.
• We will send you confirmation that your order has despatched, and where applicable we will also provide you with your personal tracking number.

Delivery Restrictions

Unfortunately we can't deliver outside of the UK at this present time.

 

Hassle Free Returns

We hope that you are happy with your order, however we understand that sometimes things may not be quite right and if you do need to return an item we are happy to offer an exchange or full refund.

We ask that all items be returned to us within 30 days of receipt in perfect saleable condition.

You also have the right to cancel your order with us within the 14 days cancellation period. Full details of your cancellation rights can be found in our terms and conditions here.
