Covid 19 Update

With everything that is happening around us at the moment, we wanted to provide you with an update of what we're doing during the Covid-19 outbreak.

First and foremost the priority is you and your family. We want you to be safe and protected during this situation (that most of us have never had to deal with) and we will do whatever we can to ensure that happens.

Yes we are, we're working with our suppliers and couriers to ensure that they're delivering safely to you.
We're doing our best to retain delivery times, however you may experience slight delays due to the social distancing measures in place with our couriers.
All of our delivery partners have moved to a contactless delivery for everyones safety.
In most cases yes, where a supplier has indicated that they can't deliver an item, we have removed that product from sale.
We've been following stringent guidelines within our own warehouse.

Where we despatch direct, we've been working very closely with all of our suppliers to ensure they're following the guidelines set out by the World Health Organisation and Public Health.

Order Confirmation

We always do our best to maintain a cost effective delivery service so that we can keep our postage costs at a minimum. We use a range of providers to deliver your orders such as: Royal Mail, DPD, MyHermes and we will choose the best provider dependent on the product and the delivery timescales.

At the point of ordering (unless you were given an Estimated Delivery Date) you can expect your order to be delivered as outlined.

Estimated Delivery Dates

Where we have indicated an Estimated Date for Delivery, this information has been provided to us by our suppliers.

We do our best to make sure that your product is despatched on or before that date, however this can not be guaranteed.

Where we are informed of a delay we will get in contact with you as soon as possible, you then have the option to accept the change or you can cancel the order for a full refund.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope that you are happy with your order, however we understand that sometimes things may not be quite right and if you do need to return an item we are happy to offer an exchange or full refund.

We ask that all items be returned to us within 30 days of receipt in perfect saleable condition.

You also have the right to cancel your order with us within the 14 days cancellation period. Full details of your cancellation rights can be found in our terms and conditions here.

We mainly operate with 2 courier services: Royal Mail and DPD.

Where you have ordered a larger item, our supplier will despatch that item to you direct and may use their own courier network.
In most cases we do use a tracked delivery service so you can track your order.

At the time your order is despatched we will send you an email with your tracking details. The couriers will also send you an email / text to inform you of the delivery expectation.

Ordering with us

To place an order, find the item you'd like to purchase (add in the personalisation if appropriate) and select add to Shopping Bag.

When you have everything in your shopping bag, click on the shopping bag to be taken to through our checkout process.
You don't need to register on our site to shop with us, however we do request an email address and phone number so that we can keep in contact with you regarding your order.

Payments

We accept all major debit and credit cards.

These can be processed through our online payment site or directly with Google Pay, Apple Pay or Paypal.

We also offer 'Buy Now Pay Later' options with Klarna.
Yes, where you have a Gift Card for our site you will be able to use that to make a purchase.

Gift cards have a 12 month expiry date, unfortunately we're unable to extend the Gift Card outside of this date.

Klarna - Buy Now Pay Later

We use Klarna to offer a Buy Now Pay Later functionality on our site.

Klarna is a Swedish payment service provider that takes end-to-end responsibility for your payment. Klarna is the provider of smooth payments to more than 190,000 online stores. Over 80 million consumers worldwide have trusted Klarna to securely handle their payments.
There are 2 options available on our site. Dependent on the product and your circumstances will depend on what is available to you.
Buy Now Pay in 30 Days
This is where you can place an order with us, we will despatch it within the timeframe given and you will have the option to pay for the goods 30 days from the date of the order.
Pay in 3 InstallmentsPay later in 3 interest-free instalments will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by Junior Bambinos and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later.
Buy Now Pay Later is a service provided by Klarna and it does depend on your circumstances.
When you select Klarna at the checkout you will be taken to their site to process the offer. To use Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments you must be at least 18. Whilst this option is widely promoted, Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments is subject to your financial circumstances. When choosing Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments, our assessment will not affect your credit rating.
All orders are assessed individually and a decision will be made as to whether they can offer the service.
If you're unable to use Klarna, you will still be able to place your order and pay for it using an alternative payment method.
Payment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. For Buy Now Pay Later, the first payment is taken 30 days after the order is confirmed. For Pay in 3 Installments, the first payment is taken at the point the order is confirmed, the second and third instalments are collected 30 and 60 days, respectively, after the first instalment.
