Elephant Stacking Toy - Pastel

Description

Our traditional coloured elephant puzzle stacking toys are fair trade and handmade from sustainably sourced wood.

We call them Thunpath Rena elephant toys - Thunpath Rena is the name for the family unit that looks after each baby elephant. This comprises of the mother, the baby and another adult female elephant normally the mother’s sister. This trio bond together and the calf is nurtured and protected within this trio.

Please note.

These elephants are handmade so they are not uniform like wooden toys made in a factory. They may not sit flat on the shelf and there may be gaps between the arches and there may be small imperfections in the grain meaning the surface is not entirely smooth - this is often more noticeable in the light-coloured elephants. This does not mean it is faulty, it means it is handmade from scratch so is completely unique, unlike factory made wooden toys. The elephants are also hand painted with non-toxic paints rather than spray painted. Each wooden toy is unique and individual and this is something we like to celebrate!
