- KidKraft use a range of couriers dependent on the size and weight of the item.
- Where an item is delivered on a Pallet - this will be delivered to the kerbside of your property.
- Each Courier will provide you with a 2-3 hour delivery window, and tracking details will be provided so you can amend/change or update your delivery as needed.
- Please note that whilst every effort is made to deliver within the timeframe given it is an estimate and we will send you a despatch email to confirm your order has left KidKraft's Warehouse.

- Remote Deliveries are exempt from the Free Delivery offer and will incurr a further charge.

- Pre-cut, pre-drilled and pre-stained lumber with factory-applied, child-friendly stain - making it easier for you to build.
This solid outdoor playset will give your little one and their friends hours of play time - whilst you might get chance to sit down for 5 mins and chill in the garden (maybe).
