Before completing my order the lady wanted to make sure I was happy for my personalisation to be put on separate lines. She waited to hear from myself before going ahead with my order. If she went ahead and put it on a separate line without informing me I wouldn't have given it a second when it arrived. But something as simple as that and they still double checked.
