    Hi Everyone it's Linda - the owner of Junior Bambinos Ltd.

    First and foremost we want to ensure that you and your family are safe and well - because right now that is what's important!

    Everyone on our Team is also a parent to little ones and we know only too well how everything feels right now.

    We continuing to operate our business as normal. Our Couriers and Suppliers are continuing to deliver and we aim to continue delivering little parcels of joy whilst ever we can.

    We have taken stringent steps to ensure our own operations and that of our suppliers are following the guidance set out by the Government, Public Health and World Health Organisation and should their advise change and they request we suspend our deliveries we will have no hesitation to do so.

    In the meantime we want to help you, we'd like to continue delivering those parcels and helping all of those little ones celebrate just being them.

    We will be working with our suppliers to bring in more stock and offer you more options to get the items gift wrapped and sent out with a special message as we know you might not be able to give it to them yourself right now.

    We wish you all well - please do stay safe, follow the advise and wash your hands.

  • Are we still able to order?
    Yes! We're are operating as 'normal' as we can during these extreme times. We have been working with our suppliers to ensure they're okay too and so far we have no disruptions to our orders.
  • Is it safe to order from you?
    We are stringently following the guidelines set out to ensure that any product which leaves our main warehouse is handled appropriately. Alongside this, where we have items being despatched direct from supplier we have either checked or been notified of their approach, and we are confident that all of our suppliers are following the guidelines.
  • Have the Delivery times changed?
    As yet we've had no impact on our delivery. We continue to use DPD and Royal Mail to despatch all of our orders and we're not aware of any impact to their services.
  • Will i need to sign for my delivery?
    We are following the guidelines of our delivery companies at this time. Both DPD and Royal Mail are offering a non contact delivery service and they will be signing to confirm that the item has been received (where required).
  • Will my item be delayed?
    We're doing our best to avoid any delays to our service. Should our couriers be struggling with demand we will notify you if we anticipate any delays to your order.
  • Can I collect my order?
    We do not offer a collection service as we're an online only store.
