The stool is carefully laser engraved in house by our professionals for quality results, featuring a detailed illustration of a Princess castle, complete with love hearts, arched windows and a sprinkle of magic! The size of the font is far too small and spoils the whole affect of the stool. I’m very disappointed with this product.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review Gail we understand your disappointment. As we've mentioned having spoke to the supplier they have a set size for the font when engraving and unfortunately couldn't increase the size for the name only engraving. It's not our intention that anyone is disappointed with the products they receive from us and we have therefore refunded this for you.

This is the second stool which you kindly replaced. However, the spelling of Hanna is Polish and you have added an H on the end, which the lady said they would correct
