Introducing Linda Ladley - Owner of Junior Bambinos

It's been a little while since I popped by and wrote an update for our site but thought it would be useful to share a little bit about me, so you can get to know the team behind Junior Bambinos and why I'm so passionate about your child's development.

I've been at the core of this business since we started in 2009, I had an idea, a passion - you could say it's what I love to do!

My 'corporate career' has (and still is) in training and development. I love to help others learn new things, try out new skills and help them to be the best they can be.

And.. one day, I 'stumbled' across a range of wooden toys, not only were these toys eco-friendly by everearth they also sparked an idea.

As technology is beginning to take over our world, we're beginning to lose sight of traditional play and traditional development that would encourage our children's curiosities.

Now don't get me wrong, do I believe technology has a place - absolutely I do, but we also have a place to support and develop our children as they grow, to help them learn new skills whilst not necessarily being connected to a screen and to cherish time that we get to spend with them creating memories.

At the time I started the business I'll hold my hands up I wasn't a mum, I knew I wanted children, but they hadn't arrived at that point, but what had arrived was the spark of how can I bring the world of development into the eyes and hands of children. How could I support their development whilst they had fun, and whilst Mum, Dad, Grandma, Grandad, Aunts, Uncles, Friends got the chance to interact and play and create those precious memories.

As a result I launched EcoToyStore - focusing purely on wooden eco-friendly toys. Over the years this expanded into the brand that you see today: Junior Bambinos with our focus being on supporting you to develop your 'baby bambinos' into 'junior bambinos' - from around aged 0 - aged 5 years old.

And as our family is at the core of this business you now get to see how we use our products to support the development of our 2 children.

We continually review our site to make sure it has the products that you want, the ones that spark your child's creativity and imagination and the ones that practically help you to be the best parent you can be and .. we're parents too so we understand how important that can be.
